Returns & Refunds

I really hope you love your purchase! But if you’d like to return something, just email me as soon as you can after receiving your order—be sure to include your order number so I can help you quickly.

I’m happy to offer a refund, exchange, or credit note, as long as the item is returned within 14 days of delivery, unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Please note that I’m unable to refund any shipping costs—this includes the original delivery and the return postage.

International customers: Please be aware that Sally Lacock isn’t responsible for any customs duties or taxes charged during delivery or return.

Every item is carefully made and checked by Sally before it goes out, so issues are very rare. But if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch right away so I can sort it out for you.

Items that can’t be returned

  • Custom-made pieces
  • Earrings that have been tried on (due to hygiene reasons). If unworn and you contact me immediately upon delivery, I may be able to make an exception.
  • Sample sale items

How to return an item

  1. Send me an email to let me know you’d like to return your item. I’ll reply with the return address.
  2. Pack the item carefully, including all original packaging.
  3. Send it back using a tracked and signed service, and keep your proof of postage—I can’t be responsible for lost parcels. Refunds will only be processed after I receive and inspect the item.

Refunds

Once I’ve received your return and given it a check, I’ll let you know if it’s approved. If everything’s fine, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. This usually takes up to 10 working days, though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to process it on their end.
